A Bure by the pool

Our team was selected for a unique project that took us from Christchurch to Fiji, where we designed a poolside bure for the Tanoa International Hotel Group, tailored to offer an exceptional dining experience. This entailed crafting a footprint that featured a robust traditional style roof and four open sides, capable of withstanding tropical storms and being securely locked tight when necessary. A fully equipped external kitchen was specified, including a wood-fired pizza oven, cold storage, and a prep area to meet the hotel's culinary demands. Ensuring a seamless operation, our work involved intricate coordination with local suppliers, shipping agents, the client, and New Zealand-based partners, making it an essential aspect of the design and fitout process. This project embodies our dedication to innovation, functionality, and teamwork, bringing a taste of paradise to every diner.
