What your scope and budget is and what is important to you to get it right. We like to establish timelines to work too so we can ensure a successful execution of your project.
in this stage we generate initial design concepts that align with your vision and functional needs before we develop a detailed space plan, considering the optimal layout. We can create realistic 3D renderings or virtual walkthroughs to help you visualise the final design concept if you need more than a plan to understand your design.
Once we’ve introduced you to our concepts and agreed on the direction of the project, we work through full documentation so if needed we apply for any consents required by the local authority
We will present you with full working drawings, a schedule and indicative costs along the way. A final quote can be created for your project if you wish us to look after it for you through to completion
Don't stress about how your project is going to come to fruition. We are able look after the whole process for you if you so wish. We can organise the project management of all off and on-site works.
Want to change your mind on a few things along the way? don't worry, we manage the changes through written notifications and variations are written for approval to keep things moving along. All projects are live and we understand that this is an exciting time, but it's also challenging to remain calm and unstressed! We have your back and keep you updated along the way. it is a team effort.

In this you will have the warranties and guarantees from all involved, the specifications and information of everything on site. down to the paint colours on the wall.
