Creating a spatial identity that reflects your brand is essential in making your business stand out. Functionality is important, but the overall aesthetics are what set you apart. We take the time to understand what you’re trying to achieve, and rethink our approach to design each time, so you end up with a unique and functional retail or hospitality space.
The first stage is about doing the groundwork. We learn about your business, brand, what you do, and the requirements for your space.
The next step sees us develop our design concepts, rethinking our approach with consideration to your brand. Each aesthetic decision is grounded by function; this drives our conceptual work and ensures it remains on brand. We then chat with you, show you the ideas, and get your feedback. An indication of cost and time is also given at this point.
Once we’ve introduced you to our concepts and agreed on the direction of the project, we will apply for any building consents needed. We will present you with full working drawings, a schedule and final quote.
Don't stress about how your project is going to come to fruition. We'll look after the whole process for you and project manage all on-site works and tradesmen. Want to change your mind on a few things along the way? Don't worry, we manage the changes through written variations and keep things moving along. We understand that this is an exciting time, but it's also challenging to remain calm. We have your back.
On opening day we hand you a completion booklet. So, when you need to touch up a bit of paint, you'll have the colour swatch on hand. We make sure you have the warranties and guarantees from all involved. We get the right suppliers to show you how to get the best benefit of what has gone into your fit out. It's great to see a project completed, running smoothly, and our clients happy with the end result.
