Taking a 1930s heritage building and turning a vacant floor into the New Zealand Head Office of Mediterranean Shipping Co was the goal for this international freighting giant. The objective was to match the quality to the level of their offices in Geneva, Sydney and other capital cities worldwide. This was achieved using finishes of porcelain tiles, timber wall cladding, a bright interior courtyard and a feature wall between board room and reception area with a frosted glass panel depicting a laden container ship.
