The first stage is focused primarily on learning about your business’ requirements and values. For the most effective outcome it is important that we completely understand what you do, and how we can create a functional, aesthetically pleasing space. It needs to reflect your identity and make it easier for you to do what you do best. We also dig out all we can discover on the site you are looking at and what issues we may need to sort out.
The next step sees us develop and introduce our design concepts for you to take a look over. We take note of any existing structural issues or restrictions to ensure we have a complete understanding of the project. An indication of cost and time is also given at this point.
Once we’ve introduced you to our concepts and agreed on the direction of the project we will complete a set of documents and plans then apply for any building consents needed. We will present you with full working drawings, a schedule and final quote before we proceed to the next stage.
This is where we programme events, engage trades and suppliers and carry out the building of your project. We take this stage seriously and ensure we have all Health and Safety well looked after and with our experience of past projects know this can be the most stressful time for our clients, so let us take that stress out of the picture for you.
You and your team move in and we ensure it is a seamless activity. A completion booklet is presented and the space is yours. This will include warranties, guarantees of items such as the instant hot water unit through to the colour and specification of the flooring. Of course we are here to assist you to settle in during the following weeks and we are only a phone call away.
